Young, healthy skin usually has a glow and radiance that everyone notices. But sometimes our skin loses this healthy appearance, and it gets dull. The million-dollar question is why. The culprit is usually one of the following reasons:

  • Dehydration. When you’re dehydrated, your skin doesn’t get enough blood. As a result, it looks pale, dull and sick. What’s worse is that dehydration leads to deep wrinkles. So, don’t overestimate skin dehydration if you don’t want to have future skin problems.

  • Lack of exfoliation. Dead skin cells sometimes build-up on the top layer of the skin. That’s why it’s important that you exfoliate once or twice a week to remove them and speed the rejuvenating process.
